PMS Integration Partner Program

Integrate once and connect your hotels to more channels

HUIDUN is an inventory hub for hotels. Your PMS pushes rates and availability and pulls reservations using standard OpenTravel messages, and the hotels you serve reach corporate employee-benefit, business-travel and wellness-travel package channels at the same time. You receive a sandbox account the moment you apply, run the checks yourself, and then request certification.

Why connect to HUIDUN

It brings bookings, not another tool to maintain

For your PMS, HUIDUN is one more channel using a protocol you already support. For your hotel clients, it is a new source of guests they do not have to find on their own.

New demand

Bookings from corporate employee benefits, business travel and wellness-travel packages reach your clients' hotels through one shared inventory pool. HUIDUN charges hotels a service fee and never adds a markup for the guest.

Stay-plus-experience packages

Rooms sold together with local experiences carry a higher basket value and are not compared hotel by hotel on booking sites. The room portion runs through the hub and experiences are settled separately, so the hotel's existing pricing stays intact.

Operations your PMS does not cover

Staff scheduling, housekeeping dispatch, LINE guest messaging and AI assistants come from SUHUL EIP. Your clients get the PMS plus a complete operations suite, which also makes them less likely to churn.

One integration, many channels

Connect to HUIDUN once and you reach every sales channel behind the hub. When HUIDUN adds a channel later, you do not integrate again; the hotel simply enables it in its console.

A new revenue stream

For hotels you bring onto the hub, you receive a share of the hub service fee and SUHUL EIP subscriptions under the partner agreement. Terms are agreed separately according to the scale of the partnership and are calculated on amounts actually collected.

Little to no development

Four standard OpenTravel messages: product retrieval, rate push, availability push and reservation pull. Any PMS that already connects to a Channel Manager or booking site has them, and usually only needs one more endpoint configuration.

What the hub handles

When several channels race for the last room, the hub decides

Your PMS remains the owner of inventory. The hub protects the numbers you push when multiple channels book at the same time, so you do not have to build overbooking protection for every channel.

  • Hold, pay, confirm: a channel booking first holds inventory (up to 30 minutes), is confirmed only after payment succeeds, and is released automatically when the hold expires
  • Conditional decrement night by night: if any night is short, the whole booking fails, so there are never half-booked stays
  • Held bookings already appear in your reservation pull, so you can close the room on other channels during the few minutes of payment
  • Each hotel can set a buffer of rooms to absorb the delay between the two systems syncing
  • Once connected, the rates and availability you push are authoritative; manual edits on the HUIDUN side are blocked
  • Every call is logged and visible to both the hotel and HUIDUN; credentials are stored only as hashes and all traffic uses HTTPS
Partner tiers

Three tiers, at your own pace

Registered Partner

On submitting the application

Receive a 30-day sandbox account, the full integration specification and a technical contact immediately. The sandbox is a separate test database, so you can test as often as you like.

Certified Connectivity Partner

After passing the seven sandbox checks

HUIDUN reviews your results and issues production credentials. Your PMS appears in the channel-connection list in every hotel's console, and with your consent can be listed as a partner on our website.

Revenue share, co-marketing, priority technical support and early access to new features. Terms are agreed separately according to the scale of the partnership.

Certification process

Go live in four steps

1

Submit the application below and get a sandbox immediately

After you submit, the page shows your sandbox CM credentials and test key. They are shown only once, so save them right away.

2

Pass the seven checks in the sandbox

Use your own code, or first walk through it in the browser with the Sandbox Runner: product retrieval, rate push, availability push, hold, confirm, cancel and reservation pull. The checklist updates in real time.

3

HUIDUN reviews and issues production credentials

Once our technical contact confirms your results, you receive CM credentials for production. The production URL differs from the sandbox only by host name.

4

Each hotel selects your PMS in its console to authorize the connection

A hotel authorizes the connection only by choosing your PMS in the HUIDUN console and entering its hotel code. Hotels that have not made that choice cannot be reached by any account.

Applications are reviewed by HUIDUN's technical team. Your sandbox account appears on screen as soon as you submit, so you can start testing straight away.

By submitting, you agree that HUIDUN may use the information above to review your application and set up your sandbox. Sandbox accounts are disabled after 30 days; production accounts are issued separately after review.
